Over 8 million kids and adolescents in this country have been
labeled as being "mentally ill." Yet there are no brain scans,
x-rays, genetic or blood tests that can prove this diagnosis.
What is certain is that the 8.3 million children,
one million age five and under, are prescribed dangerous
and potentially lethal drugs to ingest.
In the U.S. alone, 286 regulatory agency warnings cite
dangerous, often fatal side effects of the psychiatric drugs
commonly prescribed to children. These include diabetes... heart
problems... strokes... mania... psychosis... hallucinations...
seizures... and worse.
Psychiatric drugs can kill. Forty-one drug regulatory warnings
cite suicide as a side effect of the drugs prescribed to
children. Twenty-three different warnings cite sudden death.
When placed on anti-depressants and similar medications,
children die. That is a fact.

Unlike real medical disease, there are no scientific tests to verify the medical existence of
psychiatric disorder. Despite decades of trying to prove mental
disorders are biological brain conditions, due to chemical imbalances
or genetic factors, psychiatry has failed to prove even one of their
hundreds of so-called mental disorders is due to a faulty or
“chemically imbalanced” brain.
this obvious flaw in their push to medicalize behaviors, the
psychiatric industry will claim that there are certain medical
conditions that do not have a verifiable test so this is why there
isn’t one for “mental illness.” This is frankly a lame argument;
Whereas there may be rare medical conditions that do not have a
verifiable medical test, there are virtually no psychiatric disorders that can be verified medically as a physical abnormality/disease. Not one.
20 million children are
labeled with "mental disorders" based solely on a checklist of behaviors.
There are no brain scans, x-rays, genetic or blood tests that can prove
they are mentally ill, yet these children are prescribed dangerous and
life-threatening psychiatric drugs. Child drugging is a $4.8
billion-a-year industry. (CCHRint.org)
THE INSANITY DEFENSE - NOT GUILTY BY
REASON OF INSANITY
criminal trials, the legal process by which a jury, judge or arbitrator
reviews evidence and arguments by opposing parties to decide the
innocence or guilt of the defendant or accused party and/or rights or
obligations between the parties, claims are made that someone has
violated criminal law.
insanity defense or
is where the defendant claims they were not responsible for their
actions because of mental health problems such as a psychiatric illness
or mental handicap. Using the insanity defense to avoid criminal
punishment dates back many years.
Many view the insanity defense as an
excuse to avoid punishment while others claim it to be a valid defense.
A defendant claiming insanity is using the insanity defense or insanity plea and is pleading
Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity (NGRI) or Guilty but Insane/Mentally Ill.
pleas can result in reduced charges from first degree murder to
manslaughter as well as reduced sentences. Some say the insanity
defense exists out of a respect for human rights. But what about the murder victim's rights? The victim is dead. The murderer lives. Is that justice?
U.S. states have banned the use of the insanity defense or insanity
plea: Montana, Idaho, Kansas and Utah. Arizona has joined in
by limiting the insanity defense.
insanity defense or insanity plea is thinly supported by
the opinions of so-called psychiatric experts . A psychiatrist
can only give an opinion, lacking any scientific basis, regarding the
defendant being incapable of distinguishing between legal right and
wrong and the nature of their actions at the time of the offense. These
opinions may address the defendant's ability to control their behavior
at the time of the offense.
These opinions may also include the use of
bogus mental disorders to label the defendant's behavior with a
so-called mental disorder or mental illness.
A defendant found not guilty by reason of insanity may then be
committed to a psychiatric facility for an "undetermined" period of
time for so-called psychiatric treatment which can include forcing the
person to ingest various mind-altering psychiatric drugs, receive
brain damaging electroshock or other intrusive and destructive actions
under the disguise of so-called therapy.

Mental Institutions - Mental Asylums
defendant found not guilty by reason of insanity is generally placed in
a mental institution and required to undergo psychiatric treatment,
except in the case of temporary insanity.
The idea of temporary insanity is
that a defendant was temporarily insane, but is now sane. A defendant
found to have been temporarily insane may be released into society
without any punishment for their crime.
idea of Diminished Responsibility can also be used where any
information or evidence regarding the defendant or the circumstances of
the crime is presented to the court in hopes of reduced charges or a
lesser sentence. For example, being under the influence of alchohol or
drugs may be presented.
Psychiatry’s Billing Bible:
The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM)
“The way to sell drugs is to sell psychiatric illness."
American Psychiatric Association's (APA) Diagnostic and Statistical
Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) is psychiatry’s billing bible of
so-called mental disorders. With the DSM psychiatry has taken countless
aspects of human behavior and reclassified them as a mental illness
simply by adding the term disorder onto them. While even key DSM
contributors admit that there is no scientific/medical validity to the
disorders, the DSM nonetheless serves as a diagnostic tool, not only
for individual treatment, but also for child custody disputes,
discrimination cases, court testimony, education and more.
The DSM is not driven by science, but instead caters to the
pharmaceutical industry. With its expanding list of “mental
disorders”—voted into existence, not discovered as in real medicine—a
psychiatric drug can be prescribed for each one and insurance companies
billed. That big formula spells big profits for psychiatrists and drug
companies. And this has been exposed more recently with a U.S. Senate
Finance Committee investigation into the APA itself and the fact that
about 56% of its $12 million-a-year income derives from drug makers.
What is Psychiatry's Definition of 'Insanity'?
There is NO definition of "Insanity" in the DSM-IV TR.
The DSM IV-TR is essentially a giant book full of made-up disorders covering almost every symptom known to mankind.
Since Psychiatry has no definition for insanity, psychiatrists will not commonly classify somebody as 'insane'.
The term 'insane' is more commonly used in law. If somebody has
committed a crime, then a judge or jury will consider whether the
person was 'legally sane' or not at the time of the crime.

people, than to convince them that they have been fooled."
Hagen, Ph.D, reveals how expert psychological testimony is a total
fraud, showing how the courts have increasingly embraced not a
cutting-edge science but, instead, a discipline that represents a
terrifying retreat into fantasy and hearsay; a discipline propelled

The Three (3) Largest Mental Institutions in America are:
Angeles County Jail
Rikers Island Correctional Institution in New York
Cook County Jail in Chicago —
the largest in United States.
But to the men and women who work on the front lines of law enforcement
and mental health care, this is the reality of the world they live
in. They see first-hand the cycle of human destruction psychiatrists
have created: Psychiatrists cast the mentally ill out onto the streets
uncured. These former patients return to society with their senses
numbed, their moral compasses shattered, and each one hooked on
addictive and powerful mind-altering drugs. In this brain-addled state
they break the law and find themselves in jail where psych drugs
flow in (paid for by tax dollars) and profits to Big Pharma flow out.
